Abstract:
A person becomes valuable, great, and important by having the ability to act truthfully.To choose this right characteristic, the individual uses his intelligence, thought, power, will, and inner strength to create in himself, to have the ability to speak the truth and hear the right word. In this case, individuals become valuable human capital in the organization. The Quran also emphasizes human truthfulness in many cases, such as, those who are righteous(Ba/177). Therefore, truthfulness is a characteristic that includes all the moral, mystical, scientific, practical virtues, wisdom, chastity, courage, and justice of a good person. That, it is necessary and very important that the issue of honesty in the organization's human capital is investigated from the perspective of the Quran. The statistical population of this study is 35 surahs of the Quran, whose stages are as follows. First, by setting the honesty as a criterion all verses on this topic were extracted; then, using inductive qualitative content analysis these verses were categorized into the desired categories. The statement of the research findings shows that that honesty in human capital from the perspective of the Quran has 9 categories that include 72 verses from 35 surahs as research cards. The results of the research prove that the organization's human capital of honesty includes 9 categories
