Abstract:
This study aims to present a Qur’anic model of Islamic Strategic Management based on the epistemological foundations of Allameh Mohammad-Taqi Misbah Yazdi. Using a thematic–interpretive and analytical approach to the Qur’an, the study identifies six foundational principles of Islamic strategic management: Tawḥīd in administration, consultation (Shūrā), insight (Basīrah), human dignity, leadership (Wilāyah), and divine laws (Sunan Ilāhiyyah). The model is epistemologically grounded in revelation, reason, and experience as the three sources of knowledge in Islamic thought. Data were collected from Qur’anic texts, the Al-Mizan and Tasnīm commentaries, and Misbah Yazdi’s philosophical writings. Comparative analysis demonstrates that while modern management is rooted in instrumental rationality and material utility, Islamic management emphasizes guided rationality and divine-oriented teleology. This Qur’anic model provides a theoretical framework for the Islamization of management science and the design of strategic systems consistent with human spiritual growth
