Abstract:
Organizational behavior is the scientific study of the behavior of individuals and groups in the workplace in order to achieve improved performance, increased productivity, and job satisfaction in the organization by better understanding these interactions. Organizational behavior is important because it increases the ability of managers to predict and manage behaviors, create innovation, lead effectively, and ultimately achieve organizational goals through a deeper understanding of human resources and internal processes. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consolidating Islamic intellectual foundations on the organizational behavior of employees of Allameh Tabatabaei University (RA). The statistical population of this study includes all employees of Allameh Tabatabaei University, including men and women, of any age, education, and work experience, and any type of employment. Out of 696 non-academic employees of Allameh Tabatabaei University, 30 people were selected and examined using a purposive probability method. The research method was experimental and the technique used was post-event. Data analysis and review were performed with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study show that strengthening employees' Islamic intellectual foundations has a positive and significant effect on their organizational behavior.
