Abstract:
Managers in the Islamic society must manage organizations based on Islamic principles, values, and goals. Obviously, modeling organizations and formations that have been in harmony with Islamic principles, values, and goals throughout history in terms of conditions, requirements, and situations, and have been managed and led, especially by the Infallibles(PBUT), can help managers of Islamic organizations achieve their goals more easily and quickly. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the author of this article aims to identify and explain the most important organizations and formations of early Islam. Among the findings of this research, we can mention the explanation of the transformational approach and management of tribes and nomads by the Holy Prophet(PBUH&HH), the approach of signing the Hilf al-Fudul Pact, the establishment of the Islamic state and the prophetic administrative system and some Islamic administrative institutions, the organization of the Imamate during the time of the Commander of the Faithful(PBUH), the organization of Imam Hassan Mujtaba and Imam Hussein(PBUH), and the reengineering and preservation of the organization of the Imamate by Imam Sajjad(PBUH).
