Abstract:
The presence of competent leaders, both in terms of personality and behavioral traits, is a key factor in the material and spiritual progress of a society. Inspirational leadership, marked by intellectual and personal competence and constructive behaviors, influences followers and drives them toward lofty goals. Behavioral theorists have studied leaders’ behaviors and have observed various leadership styles, deeming some more effective than others. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this research examines the Qur’anic verses addressing the behavioral traits of Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) in leadership. The research findings derived from the Qur’anic verses reveal Prophet Moses’s behavioral traits as follows: monotheism, decisiveness against violations, dutifulness, endurance of hardships, patience, compassion in dealing with affairs, standing against oppression, humility, and benevolence.
