Abstract:
The vitality of the organization's employees is one of the important factors of work discipline in the organization from the perspective of Islam. In religious teachings, special care and attention has been given to the positive, productive and uplifting joys of human beings through which order and discipline are achieved. There is a relationship between vitality and discipline, that is, in any organization whose employees enjoy vitality and vitality, discipline and discipline will also exist in that organization. And the employees who are not cheerful, dull and lethargic, cannot have the necessary order and discipline in the organization and take sufficient advantage of their hidden talents. This research aims to answer the question, "What is the role of joy and vitality in the work discipline of employees from the perspective of Islam?" It has been done with the descriptive analytical method in the form of thematic analysis. The findings of the research show that the cheerfulness of employees plays a very important role in the work discipline of employees from the perspective of Islam, and that the need for cheerfulness in all areas of life, especially in organizational life, is necessary and necessary.
