Abstract
Selecting qualified individuals for certain responsibilities is among important duties of governments and organizations. Meritocracy means selecting individuals for positions and tasks according to their skills and capacities to increase the productivity of the organization. Institutionalization of meritocracy in organizations contributes to decrease in bureaucratic corruption and development of social justice.
Today, there are parameters for meritocracy in management, which are mainly based on skill and specialization. These skills can be technical, human, managerial, etc.
According to the Quran, specialization and skill are not the only conditions for selecting one for organizational and governmental positions; rather, commitment is another factor which should direct these skills and specializations. Commitment and specialization are the two main parameters for meritocracy. In Islam, meritocracy is rooted in justice and monotheistic worldview.

Knowledge is considered a vital factor and competitive advantage for modern organizations, the lack of which will take an organization out of the competition or at least will make organization experience inefficiency in its activities. Though management of knowledge is regarded necessary for organizations, a review of Islamic and historical sources makes us realize that Islam puts importance on the acquisition, maintenance, application, and spread of knowledge, which will result in the collection, recording and maintenance of religious documents and propagation of Islamic sciences in different fields. Accordingly, relying on Islamic sources, the present paper, in which a descriptive-analytical method is used, seeks to study the processes of silence, acquisition, maintenance, application and distribution of knowledge.

Abstract
Every manager has three main tasks: planning, organizing and supervision. The aim of supervision is to carry out necessary reforms to prevent deviations. Common theoretical principles of supervision are based on maximal external control and contradict the cultural principles in our country, which are God-oriented and based on a person's inner control. So the present paper seeks to devise a system in the field of supervision, based on Islamic-Iranian concepts. This study is a descriptive research which uses a library method to gather data. The aim sought in the system of Islamic control is to provide a system in which a healthy human personality, which stands against all kinds of pollutions, can be shaped by decreasing external control. This paper concludes that control should be used in the administrative organizations in our country with emphasis on self-control. This control approach is rooted in the Islamic culture of our country and its application will not be possible without creating proper contexts in bureaucratic system and institutionalizing it.
Key words: supervision, control, self-control, promotion of bureaucratic health, Islamic-Iranian approach.

Abstract
There are as many theories about man as there are schools in the world. The human sciences of these theories are as different as the different views shown about man. The present paper conducts a comparative study on the anthropology of the different dimensions of man such as creation, essence, aim of life and man's nature according to Islam and western thinkers, and their effects on the different domains of organization management. A library method and a descriptive-comparative approach are used in this study which is concerned with how anthropology influences the value system of organization. Indentifying the roots of the principles of the value system of organization in different the domains of management, this paper concludes that the distinction between value systems of organization in Islamic societies and that of non-Islamic societies is rooted in their respective distinct value systems and, in turn, in the way man and dimensions of anthropology are viewed. Given this, it can be said that religious anthropology is the main source of organization management and the value system which governs it in Islamic societies.
Key words: Islamic anthropology, western anthropology, value, the value system in Islam, the value system of the West.

Ayatollah 'Allamah Misbah*
Abstract
Righteous managers have a central role in the country. It is necessary for the progress of country to take a continuous planning for training righteous managers. Like other human sciences, management has a strong relationship with Islam. Managers need to acquire skills and techniques to succeed, as they need related sciences and information. However, we need not only knowledge and information but also demands on managers to train righteous managers. Although some managers possess lots of knowledge and information, they do not possess will power to do their duties correctly, because they lack correct training. Moral training of managers and their commitment can pave the ground for their concern, sincerity, trustworthiness and work consciousness. With regard to their attitude and designing plans, righteous managers act in such a way that bring the happiness of the society by observing legal and moral rules. Attempts should be made and analytical methods should be used to recognize management issues.
