The Modus Operands for Institutionalizing Professional Ethics in Organizations according to the View of Religious Doctrines

Abstract
The aim of the present paper is providing modus operands for institutionalizing professional ethics in organizations according to the viewpoint of religious doctrines. The research is a kind of applied study in which a documentary-analytical method is used. The Holy Quran, Nahjol Balaghah and authentic books of traditions have been the sources of this study. The research findings show that selecting committed officials who observe standards of morality and in organization, organizing practical courses on ethics for the committed officials who observe standard of morality and formulation of a moral charter for organizations are among the modus operands for institutionalizing professional ethics in organizations.

A Review of the Mechanisms of Interactive Control System in Imam Ali's Lifestyle

Abstract
Interactive control manifests itself as a control system in the context of mutual interactions and communications. Managers use interactive control to obtain proper information and exert control. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the present paper which investigates the management methods used by Imam Ali to identify the mechanisms of interactive control in his lifestyle. On investigation, two kinds of mechanisms which characterize Imam Ali's interactive control system are recognized: formal and informal. Formal mechanisms include disseminating information, transparency, gaining information from formal channels and providing feedback. Informal mechanisms of interactive control include enjoining good and forbidding evil, gaining information from informal channels, and training man power outside organizational interactions. The research findings show that Imam Ali recommends the use of some of the informal mechanisms of interactive control to compensate for the lack of formal control in organizations.

Modus Operands for combating Bureaucratic Corruption Based on Islamic Values

Abstract
The main question of the present research is: what are the Islamic value-based modus operands for combating bureaucratic corruption? The approach of Islamic values, which emphasizes on the theory of limitations, is based on the managing passages of bureaucratic corruption which represents the theoretical framework of the research. The research uses a deductive method while observing the principle of precaution in conducting religious research projects. The studies show that monopoly, non-accountability, lack of meritocracy in selections, lack of social accountability among citizens and lack of transparency in bureaucratic system are the factors of the passages bureaucratic corruption. The modus operands for combating bureaucratic corruption are as follows: reinforcing inner and social control, improving the welfare of the official in bureaucratic system, institutionalization, transparency-orientation, paying attention to officials' standard of living, promoting sense of duty as one's cultural element, and reviving the sense of social accountability.

A Review of Cultural Intelligence and Its Components and Strategies in Organization: Islamic Perspective

Abstract
Cultural intelligence is considered as a requisite lever for leaders and managers in current world market. The organizations and managers that realize the strategic value of cultural intelligence can use cultural variety to bring to the market a significant competitive advantage. Cultural intelligence shows managers and other officials how to think and how to work so that they may be able to work more effectively in any cultural area.
After explaining the main concepts dimensions, and position of cultural intelligence in their common literature, the present paper investigates and analyzes the principles and features of this intelligence from Islamic viewpoint. Then, it elaborates on some of the Islamic modus operands to exploit cultural intelligence effectively. Finally, it elaborates on the Islamic approach to national and transnational culture and uses Islamic approach to expound some components of cultural intelligence.
This paper aims at investigating cultural intelligence and its components in organizational interactions and relations by using Islamic approach. This research uses an analytical-descriptive method which is also based on Quran, traditions and meditating and deliberating on the sayings and lifestyle of the infallible Imam.

A Review of the Ways of Preventing Organizational Conflict according to the Lifestyle of the Holy Prophet

Abstract
Mismanagement of conflict can incur great material and spiritual expenses to organizations. Managers can identify the factors of the negative conflict in an organization and apply proper methods to avoid the effects of these factors before the occurrence and development of conflict. Therefore, prevention can be a part of conflict management. Effective prevention of conflict in Islamic organizations is contingent upon the recognition of proper methods which can be drawn from Islamic sources, and inspired from the lifestyle of the Holy Prophet. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the present paper investigates the lifestyle of the Holy Prophet in order to have access to the methods of conflict prevention. The research findings show that the Holy Prophet controlled the individual and organizational factors of conflict to prevent the conflict and dispute among individuals and groups and changed individuals' insights, values and motivates of conflict situations.

Institutionalizing Conscientiovsness in the Light of Islamic Approach

Abstract
In spite of the repeated scientific and executive endeavors, organizations are still obliged to use different means of external control and supervision to observe their officials' performance and make effective and efficient use of their material and spiritual resources achieve their aims and meet the needs of their customers. Therefore, in organizations one of the important issues is institutionalization of Conscientiovsness. The present paper studies how Conscientiovsness can be institutionalized in organizations according to the Qur'an and in the light of Imam Ali's lifestyle, and a deductive method is used in this study. According to this study, the institutionalization of Conscientiovsness should go around in a circle which begins with governing the universal values relating to man in organization and ends in changing individuals' attitude about work and the responsibilities they have to direct it towards Islamic values. Once these two steps have been taken, things will be done out of Conscientiovsness and the constant presence of this circle in organization will contribute to the institutionalization of sense of duty.
