Abstract:
The axiological foundations of Islamic humanities are value-based propositions. Paying attention to and accepting these foundations can contribute to explaining, predicting and targeting human actions. The axiological foundations of human sciences in Islamic management knowledge show the nature, classification, types, the criteria, and the metaphysical position of values. Using the "descriptive-explanatory" method and collecting data through the "documentary-library" method, this research has examined Allameh Misbah Yazdi’s opinions regarding the axiological foundations of the Islamic management knowledge. The main question is: from the point of view of Allameh Misbah Yazdi, what are axiological fundamentals arising from the Islamic worldview and how are they used in various aspects of management? The findings show that the axiological foundations of Islamic values in the field of management include the comprehensiveness of values, explanatory power, internal coherence, and the originality of unlimited profit in the afterlife. The value considered in Islamic management is moral; i.e. the value that is raised in ethics and is about the voluntary behavior of humans. As the basis of behavior, values influence the behavior of managers and give direction to their actions with their controlling and monitoring features. The criterion and value of a manager's action is God's satisfaction and proximity. Using the axiological principles causes managerial effectiveness and, at a higher level, helps the spiritual perfection of man.
