Abstract:
This research explains the common strategies of transformation intervention and compares it with the "vision, value, behavior" model of Ayatollah Misbah Yazidi. Using the descriptive-analytical method, this article firstly discusses the common strategies of transformation intervention in three structural, technical and behavioral parts, and then it studies the aforementioned model from the perspective of Ayatollah Misbah Yazdi. According to the professor, the effort to change a culture takes place in three parts: "beliefs and insights", "values and tendencies", and "behaviors and actions". In his opinion, the interventions made by the enemies of Islamic culture in the field of beliefs and insights are: 1) trying to change society's attitude about God, existence and man; 2) presenting different readings of religion; and 3) the discussion of "expansion and reduction of religious knowledge". Interventions in the field of values and tendencies include: 1) considering values as credit; and 2) discussion of tolerance. Finally, interventions in behavioral patterns are also achieved as a result of interventions in beliefs and tendencies. According to the results of the research and in response to the research question based on the position of Ayatollah Misbah Yazdi's model in the common intervention strategies of organizational transformation, it should be said that in this model, insight and attitude interventions are the introduction to the behavioral intervention strategy, and there is no mention of technical and structural intervention strategies.
