Abstract
The identification of the essential components and indicators of organizational culture related to the comprehensive development and progress of organizations from the perspective of the Holy Quran is the main focus of this study. A descriptive-analytical method and an interpretative approach were employed in this research. The study seeks to uncover the viewpoint of the Holy Quran and to answer the question, "What is organizational development based on the components of organizational culture?" Based on analyses supported by the verses of the Holy Quran, interpretations by scholars, and insights from Islamic management, we concluded that "God-centeredness" should be regarded as the central theme of organizational culture. Accordingly, other components such as trustworthiness, justice-centeredness, self-assessment, cooperation, and collaboration have been inferred from this central theme. This research has successfully analyzed organizational development based on a "God-centered organizational culture" and reached the final conclusion that true and comprehensive organizational development (both material and spiritual) in an Islamic society can be realized through these components.
