Abstract:
Righteous managers have a central role in the country. It is necessary for the progress of country to take a continuous planning for training righteous managers. Like other human sciences, management has a strong relationship with Islam. Managers need to acquire skills and techniques to succeed, as they need related sciences and information. However, we need not only knowledge and information but also demands on managers to train righteous managers. Although some managers possess lots of knowledge and information, they do not possess will power to do their duties correctly, because they lack correct training. Moral training of managers and their commitment can pave the ground for their concern, sincerity, trustworthiness and work consciousness. With regard to their attitude and designing plans, righteous managers act in such a way that bring the happiness of the society by observing legal and moral rules.
