Abstract:
"Human resource motivation" has its own nature, method, stages, dimensions, and components. These elements are rooted in various ontological, epistemological, methodological, and anthropological foundations that have been discussed by scholars in the philosophical literature of management and psychology. Just as Islam has introduced man as the superior creature of creation, it has also provided special foundations for motivating human resources as capital and the most central element in the goals of the organization's programs, policies, and strategies, which have been introduced and analyzed in this study using verses from the Holy Quran and Islamic tradition. Using a descriptive-analytical method and in order to introduce the anthropological foundations of human resource motivation, this research has studied the Holy Quran. The result of this research is that man is God's servant, created by divine nature, independent, in need of revelation, has two material and spiritual dimensions, the caliph and the trustee of the Almighty God, and each of these motivational principles of human power entails basic requirements and functions in the field of dimensions, methods, stages and components of motivating this power.
