    An Evaluation of the Models of Establishing Professional Ethics in Organizations Based on Islamic Teachings

    Abstract: 
    “Competition”, “growth” and “profit making” in today’s organizations is extremely worrying. This concern is caused by organizations crossing the red line of ethics. People’s distrust of managers and organizations due to their inattention to legal aspects and ethical principles makes it necessary to strengthen morality in organizations. To deal with this problem, first, the identification of the aspects and the components of professional ethics and then the presentation of the model of establishing professional ethics in organizations are required. This is while scientific achievements in recent decades have failed to present a clear model in this regard. Another point which is of paramount importance is that the models presented in the West do not necessarily have correspondence with Iranian-Islamic concepts, values and customs and may be contradictory in some aspects. Also, there are no specific criteria for the coherent measurement of various aspects and evaluation of these models, especially when the models are designed and developed in the western culture. Using library-based method, the present paper has found five models of establishing professional ethics in organizations as well as a set of criteria indicating the comprehensiveness of the models. Subsequently, using experts’ opinion in the field of organizational ethics and the technique of "fuzzy hierarchical analysis", the importance of the criteria and the identified models were discussed. Considering the experts’ shared opinions in prioritizing the criteria and the options, the modified and improved Husseini and Abbasi model can be chosen as the ideal model for Iran’s organizations.

    Abstract: 
    آنچه در سازمان های امروزی با عناوین «رقابت»، «رشد» و «سودآوری» اتفاق می افتد، به شدت نگران کننده است. این نگرانی ناشی از عبور سازمان ها از خط قرمز اخلاق است. کاهش اعتماد مردم نسبت به رعایت جنبه های قانونی و اصول اخلاقی توسط مدیران و سازمان ها، اهمیت ورود اخلاق در عرصه سازمان ها را دوچندان می کند که این خود مستلزم شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های اخلاق حرفه ای در گام نخست و همچنین ارائه الگوی استقرار اخلاق حرفه ای در سازمان ها در گام بعدی است. این در حالی است که تلاش های علمی چند دهه اخیر نیز نتوانسته است به صورت واضح و مشخص الگویی را در این زمینه ارائه نماید. نکته مهم دیگر اینکه الگوهای ارائه شده در غرب، لزوماً هم سنخ با مفاهیم، ارزش ها، آداب و رسوم و فرهنگ ایرانی ـ اسلامی نیست و شاید در برخی جهات نیز دارای تضاد باشد. همچنین معیارهای مشخصی در خصوص ارزیابی این الگوها به صورت منسجم وجود ندارد که بتوان جنبه های گوناگون آن را سنجید، به ویژه که الگوها در فرهنگ غرب طراحی و تبیین شده باشد. در این پژوهش، پس از بررسی و مطالعه کتابخانه ای، پنج الگوی استقرار اخلاق حرفه ای در سازمان شناسایی، و همچنین مجموعه معیارهایی که نشان دهنده جامعیت الگوهاست، احصا گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان حوزه اخلاق سازمانی و فن «تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی»، به میزان اهمیت معیارها و در نهایت، الگوهای شناسایی شده پرداخته شد. با توجه به نزدیکی نظرات کارشناسان و خبرگان در اولویت بندی معیارها و در نتیجه گزینه ها، می توان الگوی حسینی و عباسی را با انجام تغییرات و ایجاد بهبود، به مثابه الگوی مطلوب سازمان های کشور در نظر گرفت.
