Work is the most valuable human behavior which is also liked by God if it is within accepted Islamic norms. The valuable recommendations of the Islamic jurisprudence about organizational work can be a good guide for employees and can improve organizations. Extracting and categorizing the issues of organizational jurisprudence can strengthen this field. This study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of nature. Using religious sources, it follows the "analytical-descriptive" approach. In order to provide a model for the improvement of organizational work, this research has addressed some of the aspects of jurisprudence of organizational work, including recruitment of human resources, acquisition of work skills, working hours in the organization and use of organizational property. The research results show that in order to improve the work situation in organizations, we need to use the capacity of Islamic jurisprudence in drafting laws, reforming structures, training human resources and designing organization programs.
