Today, there are two views about gender-based jobs, which are at opposite extremes from each other. In the first view, the role of gender in the environment takes the place of the role of gender in job, and considers all jobs in Islam as gender-based. As a result, women are deprived of many resources and facilities within the society. Conversely, the extremist feministic view emphasize on the equality between the sexes. This view leads to family breakup, sexual harassment, humiliation of women and ignoring the economic and managerial role which man has in modern world. Using a descriptive-analytical method and referring to the logical relations established by Islamic law, the present paper distinguishes between common jobs and gender-based jobs and between the role of gender in the environment and the role of gender in job. Twelve gender-based principles in addition to the prime principle of jobs are identified. They frame the policy of job for men and women. مشاغل جنسیتی، نوعی از مشاغلی است که در آن جنسیت، در کنار سایر شرایط، به عنوان شرط احراز شغل محسوب می شود. امروزه دو نگاه به مشاغل جنسیتی وجود دارد: یک نگاه تفریطی، نقش جنسیت در محیط را جانشین نقش جنسیت در شغل نموده، و تمام مشاغل را در اسلام جنسیتی جلوه داده است. در نتیجه زنان را از دست یابی به بسیاری از منابع و امکانات جامعه محروم کرده است. درمقابل، دیدگاه افراطی فمینیستی، داعیه برقراری تساوی دارد. که دستاورد این دیدگاه، ازهم پاشیدگی کانون خانواده، مزاحمت های جنسی، تحقیر شخصیت زن، و بی توجهی به نقش اقتصادی و مدیریتی مرد در دنیای امروز است.                این مقاله، با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از روابط عقلی حاکم در قلمرو قانون اسلام، مشاغل مشترک و جنسیتی را از هم تفکیک نموده، نقش جنسیت در محیط، از نقش جنسیت در شغل جدا شده است. دوازده اصل جنسیتی به ضمیمه‌ی اصل اولی در مشاغل، به عنوان خط مشی کار زن و مرد معرفی شده است. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_10.pdf
