These modus operands are incompatible with the Public administration in the organizations of Islamic society, due to the flaws and contradiction they have and because of the different intellectual and cultural views adopted by their scholars. Therefore, addressing the question relating to the characteristics of the modus operands for the efficiency of government administration by adopting the Islamic approach, the present paper studies Quranic verses deductively and refers to the invaluable Al—Mizan Commentary to interpret them and elaborate on their contents. The study shows that there are two types of modus operands: behavioral and structural which can help achieve the efficiency of government administration. درباره‌ی کارامدی مدیریت دولتی راه کارهای زیاد و متنوعی از سوی اندیشمندان مدیریت ارائه شده که به سبب متکی بودن بر برداشت تجربی، ناقص و گاه متضادند. این راه کارها، به سبب نقص، تناقض و نیز تفاوت فکری و فرهنگی دانشمندان آن، با مدیریت دولتی در سازمان های جامعه‌ی اسلامی سازگاری ندارد. ازاین رو، نوشتار حاضر با طرح این پرسش که راه کارهای کارامدی مدیریت دولتی با رویکرد اسلامی چیست، آیات قرآن کریم را به روش استنباطی مطالعه نموده و سپس برای تفسیر و بیان محتوای آنها از تفسیر گران سنگ المیزان بهره برده که حاصل آن دو دسته راه کار رفتاری و ساختاری برای دست یابی به کارامدی مدیریت دولتی است. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_10.pdf
