abstract = {The present paper, which uses a descriptive-analytical method, refers to Infallible Imams' sayings in order to investigate the moral values influencing the welfare of organizations. The research findings indicate that, according to the infallible Imams, personal and professional morals contribute to promoting the welfare of organization. Here, moral values mean personal and professional ethics. When dealing with personal morality, it has been referred to faith, piety, obedience to divine injunctions, sincerity, fear of God, confidence in God and supplication. With regard to professional morals, it has been referred to managers' orderliness, doing justice by managers, managers' openness to criticism, non-concealment, honesty, managers' proper flexibility and rigor, staff's welfare and meeting all their needs, managers' and staff's accountability, obedience to and tolerance towards senior authority.},

abstract_fa ={این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی ارزش های اخلاقی مؤثر در سلامت سازمان، با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به مطالعه  کلام معصومان(ع) می پردازد. یافته ها حاکی از این است که از منظر معصومان(ع)، اخلاق فردی و حرفه ای، سلامت سازمان را ارتقا می بخشد. مراد از ارزش های اخلاقی، اخلاق فردی و حرفه ای است. در اخلاق فردی به ایمان، تقوا و اطاعت از فرامین الهی، اخلاص، خداترسی، توکل و توسل اشاره شده است. در اخلاق حرفه ای، به نظم مدیران، برقراری عدالت توسط مدیران، انتقادپذیر بودن مدیران، عدم احتجاب، صداقت، نرمش و خشونت به جای مدیران، رفاه و تأمین کامل کارمندان، پاسخ گویی و مسئولیت پذیری مدیران و کارمندان، فرمانبرداری از مسئول مافوق و مدارا با مسئول مافوق اشاره شده است.},
