abstract = {Islam has a particular attitude towards man and his special position in the order of creation, defines him as the most noble of all creatures, and provides complete programs for all his personal and social affairs. Therefore, Islam certainly has a definite theory and genuine teachings about compensation system of staff's services to organizations. The present paper uses an analytical-descriptive method to study Islamic teachings in order to make known the view of Islam about compensation system. It concludes that the orders and recommendations found in religious sources emphasize that all services must be compensated, the paying-time and amount of wages and salaries must be observed and the services offered in different conditions must be compensated by different methods.},

abstract_fa ={اسلام دارای نگرش خاصی نسبت به انسان و جایگاه خاص او در نظام آفرینش است و او را اشرف مخلوقات معرفی می کند و برنامه های کاملی نسبت به همه‌ی شئون فردی و اجتماعی انسان ارائه نموده است. از این رو، اسلام، در رابطه با نظام جبران خدمات کارکنان در قبال سازمان، دارای آموزه هایی ناب است.این مقاله برای دستیابی به نظر اسلام راجع به نظام جبران خدمات، با روش تحلیلی توصیفی به مطالعه آموزه های اسلامی پرداخته و به این نتیجه دست یافته است که در منابع دینی، دستورات وسفارشاتی در زمینه حقوق و دستمزد یافت می شود. و این سفارشات تاکید می کنند که اولاً، در اسلام هیچ خدمتی بدون جبران و پاداش نیست. ثانیاً، رعایت آداب و شرایط پرداخت حقوق امری ضروری و ارائه خدمات در شرایط مختلف، باید به شیوه های متفاوت جبران شود.},
