abstract = {Righteous managers have a central role in the country. It is necessary for the progress of country to take a continuous planning for training righteous managers. Like other human sciences, management has a strong relationship with Islam. Managers need to acquire skills and techniques to succeed, as they need related sciences and information. However, we need not only knowledge and information but also demands on managers to train righteous managers. Although some managers possess lots of knowledge and information, they do not possess will power to do their duties correctly, because they lack correct training. Moral training of managers and their commitment can pave the ground for their concern, sincerity, trustworthiness and work consciousness. With regard to their attitude and designing plans, righteous managers act in such a way that bring the happiness of the society by observing legal and moral rules. Attempts should be made and analytical methods should be used to recognize management issues},

abstract_fa ={مدیران صالح در کشور نقش اساسی دارند. برای پیشرفت کشور ضروری است نسبت به تربیت مدیران صالح برنامه ریزی مستمر داشت. مدیریت همانند سایر دانش های علوم انسانی با اسلام رابطه ای وثیق دارد. مدیران برای موفقیت باید مهارت ها و فنونی را کسب کنند، چنانکه نیازمند علم و دانش مربوط هستند. اما برای تربیت مدیران صالح علاوه بر دانستنی ها، نیازمند خواستنی ها هستیم. برخی مدیران علی رغم دانایی فراوان، به دلیل عدم تربیت صحیح، اراده انجام کار درست را ندارند. تربیت اخلاقی و تعهد مدیران می تواند زمینه ساز دلسوزی، اخلاص، امانت داری و وجدان کاری را در مدیران فراهم کند. مدیران صالح در نگرش و طراحی برنامه ها به گونه ای عمل می کنند که با رعایت مسائل فقهی و اخلاقی سعادت جامعه را تأمین کنند. برای شناسایی مسائل مدیریتی باید تلاش شود و از شیوه های تحلیلی بهره برد.},
