Most organizations try to find modus operands for making, retaining and increasing this commitment. Islamic organizations, due to their fundamental difference with non-Islamic ones, need their own methods to increase organizational commitment and its three dimensions. Having gathered the literature of the research and searched in Islamic books, the author explains his findings in order to recognize the modus operands for increasing affective commitment according to Islamic principles. A descriptive-analytical method is used in this research. According to research findings, the modus operands for increasing affective commitment in the view of Islam are as follows: positive and friendly attitude towards each other, showing love and affection, being fair, tolerance and forbearance, forgiveness, good character, good thinking, gentle talk, doing good for others, establishing affective relationship, transparency in affairs, acceptable appointments, observing equality and openness of vision. تعهد عاطفی یکی از ابعاد سه گانه‌ی تعهد سازمانی است که اکثر سازمان ها به دنبال راهکارهایی برای ایجاد، حفظ و افزایش آن در سازمان هستند. سازمان های اسلامی، به دلیل تفاوت مبنایی با سازمان های غیراسلامی، نیازمند شیوه های خاص خود در افزایش تعهد سازمانی و ابعاد سه گانه آن می باشند. به منظور شناسایی راهکارهای افزایش تعهد عاطفی در اسلام، پس از جمع آوری ادبیات تحقیق و پس از جست وجو در کتاب های اسلامی، یافته های خود را با تمرکز بر روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی، بیان کرده و به نتایج زیر دست یافته است: راهکارهای افزایش تعهد عاطفی از دیدگاه اسلام عبارتند از: نگاه مثبت و محبت آمیز به یکدیگر، ابراز و بیان مهر و محبت، رعایت انصاف، چشم پوشی و مدارا، عفو و گذشت، حسن خلق، حسن ظن، نرمی در گفتار، احسان به دیگران، ایجاد رابطه عاطفی، شفافیت در امور، انتصابات مقبولانه، رعایت مساوات و برابری، سعه صدر. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_7.pdf
