With such a role for decision-making, management thinkers call it "the heart of management. However, more attention is paid to the effect of culture and man's insight on thinking and decision-making than to the importance of decision-making, because if a model based on which one makes decision contradicts with the culture of his society, then it can sometimes lead to irremediable damages to him and society. It can be very important and helpful for one to recognize these principles. Therefore, the present paper takes a probing look at the principles of decision-making model of "global horizon". The research method is ground theory. The research findings indicate that principles of decision-making model of global horizon are monotheism, guardianship-orientation, justice-orientation, perfectionism and democracy. امروزه نقش و وظیفه‌ی بی بدیل تصمیم گیری در فعالیت های سازمانی بر کسی پوشیده نیست. با توجه به این نقش، اندیشمندان مدیریت از آن به عنوان «قلب مدیریت» یاد می کنند. اما آنچه بیش از اهمیت تصمیم گیری مورد توجه می باشد، تأثیر فرهنگ و بینش انسان بر تفکر و عمل تصمیم گیری اوست؛ زیرا اگر مدلی که فرد بر اساس آن به تصمیم گیری می پردازد، مبتنی بر مبانی ای متعارض با فرهنگ جامعه او باشد، بعضاً می تواند خسارات جبران ناپذیری را برای خود و جامعه در پی داشته باشد. شناخت این مبانی می تواند برای تصمیم گیرنده بسیار مهم و راهگشا باشد. بر این اساس، این مقاله به مبانی تصمیم گیری مدل «افق جهانی» می پردازد. روش تحقیق، تئوری داده بنیاد متنی است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مبانی مدل تصمیم گیری افق جهانی، توحید، ولایت مداری، عدالت محوری، کمال گرایی و مردم گرایی می باشد. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_7.pdf
