abstract = {Attention to the principles and values of general policies exerts many positive and negative effects on general public's life. One of these principles is God-centrism in Islamic societies with monotheistic look, which has different influences on general policy-making. The present paper investigates the effect of God-centrism on general policies in its three theoretical, procedural and content dimensions. The role of God-centrism in general policy-making means that only the Most High God can make policy and that if someone makes policy he must have His permission. God-centrism in the process of policy-making is the opposite of anthropocentrism. God-centrism also plays role in the process of content analysis of general policies. God-centrism as a key parameter will be useful in the process of analyzing, assessing and evaluating general policies and their application},

abstract_fa ={توجه به اصول و ارزش های سیاست های عمومی، دارای آثار منفی و مثبت بسیاری در زندگی عموم جامعه است. یکی از این اصول، اصل خدامحوری در جوامع اسلامی، با نگاه توحیدی است که به اشکال مختلف بر سیاست گذاری عمومی اثر می گذارد. در این مقاله، تأثیر خدامحوری در سه حوزة نظری، فرایندی و محتوایی بر سیاست های عمومی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نقش خدامحوری در سیاست گذاری این است که فقط خدای متعال می تواند سیاست گذاری کند و اگر کس یا کسانی دیگر هم سیاست گذاری نمایند، باید مأذون از سوی او باشند. خدامحوری در فرایند سیاست گذاری، نقطه مقابل انسان محوری قرار دارد. نقش دیگر خدامحوری در مقام تحلیل محتوای سیاست های عمومی است. خدامحوری به عنوان شاخصی کلیدی در مقام تجزیه و تحلیل و سنجش و ارزیابی سیاست های عمومی و روش های کاربست آن مفید فایده خواهد بود.},
