The present study aims to elucidate a Quranic model for strategic management, relying on the epistemological and anthropological underpinnings within the thought of Allamah Misbah-Yazdi. This research employs a qualitative approach utilizing content analysis methodology and examines the relevant verses of the Holy Quran. The findings indicate that concepts such as guidance (Hidayat), rationality, free will, responsibility, and foresight constitute the core components of the strategic management model within the framework of Quranic teachings. Accordingly, through a coherent explication of these concepts, a theoretical framework can be proffered to guide strategic decisions and policies in organizations and governance systems. The novelty of this research lies in integrating Quranic teachings with the discourse of strategic management within the intellectual framework of Allamah Misbah-Yazdi. Strategic Management, the Holy Quran, Guidance, Rationality, Free Will, Thought of Allamah Misbah-Yazdi. مدیریت راهبردی در سازمان‌ها و نظام‌های حکمرانی نیازمند الگوهایی مبتنی بر پشتوانه‌های معرفتی و انسان‌شناختی منسجم است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین الگویی قرآنی برای مدیریت راهبردی، بر مبانی معرفت‌شناختی و انسان‌شناختی در اندیشة علامه مصباح یزدی تکیه دارد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده و آیات مرتبط قرآن کریم را بررسی کرده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که مفاهیمی همچون هدایت، عقلانیت، اختیار، مسئولیت‌پذیری و عاقبت‌اندیشی، مؤلفه‌های اصلی الگوی مدیریت راهبردی در چهارچوب آموزه‌های قرآنی هستند. بر این اساس، می‌توان با تبیین منسجم این مفاهیم، چهارچوبی نظری برای هدایت تصمیم‌ها و سیاست‌های راهبردی در سازمان‌ها و نظام‌های حکمرانی ارائه کرد. نوآوری پژوهش نیز در پیوند دادن آموزه‌های قرآنی با مباحث مدیریت راهبردی در چهارچوب فکری علامه مصباح یزدی است. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5003115-1785129754.pdf
