abstract = {Transparent decision-making and actions in the organization will lead to effective stakeholder participation, while lack of transparency leads to dissatisfaction and reduced participation. Keeping the organization safe from concealment requires that the components of the principles of participatory transparency are first extracted from the perspective of the Quran as a guide to action, and then acted upon. For this purpose, the present study examines the components of the principles of transparency from the perspective of the Quran and its organizational implications. In the present study, data were collected using a library method, the questionnaire method was used to refer to the Holy Quran, and the semantic study method was used for the organizational implications of transparency. In this article, key points have been extracted and categorized under the explanation of organizational implications. To obtain specific findings, organizational implications have been classified into five headings. The research findings show that belief in God's omniscience, human accountability before God, the trustworthiness of positions, the right of people to be informed about affairs, and the right to participate in determining their destiny are among the components of the foundations of participatory transparency from the perspective of the Quran. },

abstract_fa ={بیان مسئله: تصمیم‌گیری و اقدام‌های عملی شفاف در سازمان، مشارکت مؤثر ذی‌نفعان را درپی خواهد داشت. درحالی که عدم شفافیت، منجر به نارضایتی و کاهش مشارکت آن‌ها می‌گردد. هدف: مصون نگهداشتن سازمان از پنهان‌کاری ایجاب می‌کند که ابتدا مؤلفه‌های مبانی شفافیت مشارکتی از منظر قرآن به عنوان راهنمای عمل استخراج سپس به آن عمل شود. بدین منظور در تحقیق حاضر مؤلفه‌های مبانی شفافیت از منظر قرآن مشخص و دلالت‌های سازمانی آن بررسی شده است. روش: در پژوهش حاضر داده‌ها با روش کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری، از روش استنطاقی برای مراجعه به قرآن کریم بهره گرفته شده و از روش دلالت‌پژوهی برای دلالت‌های سازمانی شفافیت استفاده شده است. چگونگی پژوهش: در این نوشتار نکات کلیدی استخراج و ذیل دلالت‌های موضوعی دسته‌بندی گردیده است، برای به دست آوردن یافته‌های مشخص، دلالت‌های موضوعی در شش عنوان طبقه‌بندی شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که باور به عالم بودن خداوند، پاسخ‌گویی انسان در پیشگاه خداوند، امانت بودن مناصب، امین دانستن زمامداران، حق آگاهی مردم از امور و حق مشارکت در تعیین سرنوشت از مؤلفه‌های مبانی شفافیت مشارکتی از منظر قرآن می‌باشد. },
