Since the Holy Qur’an and the teachings of the infallible Imams (peace be upon them) serve as human guidance and salvation, the present paper uses qualitative conceptual and inferential analysis to expound the dimensions of organizational intelligence in the light of Islamic teachings. By drawing on the Qur’anic exegeses and quantitative surveys of Hawza scholars and management experts, the validity and reliability of these inferences were established. The research findings are as follows: belief in purpose, foresight, employee motivation, unity of leadership, a desirable human future, fostering affection, faith in God and psychological security, performance, accountability, knowledge and awareness, morale enhancement, and customer respect as the most significant dimensions of organizational intelligence derived from Islamic teachings. Given these dimensions, Islam plays a vital role in developing and enhancing organizational intelligence by offering a comprehensive and balanced value system. «هوش سازمانی» از منظر اسلام مفهومی جامع و چندبعدی است که با تکیه بر آموزه‌های دینی به‌ دنبال تعالی سازمان‌هاست. ازآنجاکه قرآن کریم و سخنان پیشوایان معصوم وسیلة هدایت و رستگاری انسان‌ها بوده است، این پژوهش به‌منظور تبیین ابعاد هوش سازمانی، در پرتو آموزه‌های دینی، با روش کیفی تحلیل مفهومی و استنباطی انجام گرفته و با استعانت از تفاسیر ارزشمند قرآن کریم و با روش کمّی پرسش از خبرگان حوزوی و مدیریتی، تلاش شده است تا اعتبار و پایایی این استنباط‌ها به‌دست آید. یافته‌های این تحقیق عبارت است از: باور به هدف، آینده‌نگری، ترغیب کارکنان، وحدت فرماندهی، آیندة مطلوب بشر، ایجاد محبت، ایمان به خدا و امنیت روانی، عملکرد، مسئولیت‌پذیری، علم و آگاهی، تقویت روحیه و تکریم ارباب رجوع، که به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین ابعاد هوش سازمانی از آموز‌های اسلامی به‌شمار می‌آیند. با توجه به ابعاد ذکرشده می‌توان گفت که اسلام با ارائة یک نظام ارزشی جامع و متعادل، نقش مهمی در توسعه و ارتقای هوش سازمانی ایفا می‌کند. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5001777-1748946096.pdf
