abstract = {From the Islamic perspective, employees’ vitality and joy are critical factors in workplace discipline. Islamic teachings emphasize positive, constructive, and morale-boosting happiness that fosters order and discipline. A positive correlation exists between "vitality and joy" and "order and discipline". Organizations with joyful employees exhibit greater discipline, while dispirited employees fail to maintain order or utilize their potential. Using thematic analysis, this descriptive-analytical study addresses this question: "What is the role of happiness and vitality in workplace discipline from the Islamic perspective?" The research findings show that vitality and joy significantly enhance workplace discipline. The need for joy is essential in all life aspects, particularly in organizational settings.},

abstract_fa ={شادابی و نشاط کارکنان سازمان یکی از عوامل مهم انضباط کاری در سازمان از منظر اسلام است. در آموزه‏هاى دینی به شادى‏هاى مثبت، سازنده و نشاط‏آور انسان که به‌وسیلة آن نظم و انضباط حاصل می‌شود، عنایت و توجه ویژه شده است. میان «شادابی و نشاط» و «نظم و انضباط» رابطة مثبت وجود دارد؛ یعنی در هر سازمانی که کارکنانش از شادابی و نشاط برخوردار باشند، نظم و انضباط هم در آن سازمان وجود خواهد داشت و کارکنان بی‌نشاط، کسل و بی‌حال نمى‏توانند نظم و انضباط لازم را در سازمان داشته باشند و از استعدادهاى نهفتة خویش بهرة کافى ببرند. این پژوهش با هدف پاسخ به این سؤال که «نقش شادی و نشاط در انضباط کاری کارکنان از منظر اسلام چیست؟» با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به‌صورت تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفته است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که شادابی و نشاط کارکنان نقش بسیار مهم در انضباط کاری کارکنان از منظر اسلام دارد؛ همچنین نیاز به شادی و نشاط در همة عرصه‏هاى زندگى، مخصوصاً در زندگی سازمانی، امری لازم و ضرورى است.},
