Explaining the concept of self, reality of man and necessity of knowing oneself can be effective in having good understanding of intra- Communicotion. Intra- Communicotion contributes to having such things like self-confidence, self-control, work conscience and self-knowledge by the people working in an organization. Officials’ self-knowledge which is a key factor in increasing productivity makes the self flourish in establishing relation with oneself and in different stages, namely, preconditioning, self-vigilance, self-reckoning and self-reproach. The relation between self-knowledge and effective relation with oneself is an increasing circular one. In other words, the success or failure of one depends on the success or failure of the other. According to Islam, the direction which this relation takes is more important than the very kind of this relation. One should know oneself very well in order to establish an effective relation with oneself in order to direct this relation towards one’s perfection and beatitude. According to Islam and the image which the Quran presents about man, intra- Communicotion have to be in the direction which will not separate man from his Creator but make him get closer to his origin and Creator. ارتباط هر فرد با خودش ارتباط «درون فردی» نام دارد. تبیین مفهوم «خود»، حقیقت انسان و ضرورت شناخت خود می تواند به فهم دقیق تر مفهوم «ارتباط درون فردی» کمک کند. ارتباط با خود، کارکردهای فراوانی، از قبیل افزایش اعتماد به نفس، خود کنترلی، وجدان کاری و خود شناسی کارکنان در سازمان را به همراه دارد. خودشناسی کارکنان، که یکی از عوامل افزایش بهره وری است، از طریق ارتباط با خود و مراحل آن - یعنی مشارطه، مراقبه، محاسبه و معاتبه نفس - به شکوفایی می رسد. رابطه‌ی بین خودشناسی و ارتباط مؤثر با خود یک رابطه‌ی دوری فزاینده است؛ بدین معنا که موفقیت و شکست در هر یک، مستلزم موفقیت و شکست در دیگری است. از منظر اسلام، مهم تر از اصل این نوع ارتباط، جهت گیری آن است. برای اینکه انسان بتواند ارتباط مؤثری با خود برقرار کند، لازم است خود را به خوبی بشناسد تا جهت گیری این ارتباط به سوی نیل به کمال و سعادت او باشد. با توجه به تصویری که قرآن کریم از انسان ترسیم می کند، سمت و سوی ارتباطات درون فردی از منظر اسلام، باید به سویی باشد که انسان را تافته‌ی جدا بافته ای از خالق خود نبیند و بتواند او را هر چه بیشتر به خالق و مبدأش نزدیک کند. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_5.pdf
