abstract = {According to Islamic viewpoint, one of the fundamental and important duties of a state or government is administering justice, one of whose important spheres is economic justice. A set of policies which aims at the administration of economic justice can be extracted from the Holy Quran, traditions, and Islamic disciplines. One of the important policies of Islamic economy for administering economic justice is "redistributive" policies. Using an analytical method based on independent judgment, which is commonly used in seminaries, the present paper tries to prove that redistributive policies have to continue until poverty and privation are eliminated. Furthermore, these policies should be designed in such a way that the economic system may move towards achieving a relative balance of wealth among the different classes of society, and then no economic gap will remain among the people in Islamic society.},

abstract_fa ={بر اساس دیدگاه اسلامی, یکی از وظایف مهم و اساسی دولت و حکومت ایجاد و بسط عدالت اجتماعی است که یکی از عرصه های مهم آن عدالت اقتصادی است. با مراجعه به قرآن و روایات و معارف اسلامی، می توان مجموعه ای از (خط مشی ها را که به تحقق و بسط عدالت اقتصادی می انجامد استخراج کرد. در این میان، یکی از خط مشی های مهم اقتصاد اسلامی برای ایجاد و بسط عدالت اقتصادی، سیاست های «بازتوزیعی» است. این مقاله تلاش دارد با روش «اجتهادی» ـ مرسوم در حوزه های علمیه ـ و «تحلیلی» و با تکیه بر آموزه های اسلامی، اثبات کند که سیاست های بازتوزیعی باید تا آنجا ادامه یابد که در درجه‌ی اول، فقر و محرومیت برطرف گردد، و علاوه بر آن، این سیاست ها به گونه ای طرّاحی شوند که نظام اقتصادی نوعی توازن نسبی ثروت بین اقشار گوناگون جامعه ایجاد کند، به گونه ای که در جامعه‌ی اسلامی شکاف و فاصله‌ی عمیق طبقاتی و اقتصادی وجود نداشته باشد.},
