abstract = {There has been a sharp increase in the number of books and periodical articles on organizational changes, including change management, the methods for overcoming the resistance to change and the planned methods of making changes since mid -1970s. Therefore, it is not sensible to ask whether there is a change and development in a changing and developing environment in which modern organizations are in effect. So, the main question of the present paper is: how, according to Islam, should managers deal with the different changes which influence their organizations minute by minute. Using a descriptive-analytical method and citing evidence from Quranic verses, this paper tries to study and assess the preliminaries of change and the components of change management and then give a conclusion and come up with the results.},

abstract_fa ={از اواسط دهه‌ی 1970 رشد سریعی در تعداد کتاب ها و مقالات درباره‌ی تغییرات سازمانی، اعم از مدیریت تغییر، شیوه های غلبه بر مقاومت در برابر تغییر، و روش های برنامه ریزی شده‌ی خاص تغییر به وجود آمده است. ازاین رو، در محیط متغیّر و متحوّل، که سازمان های امروزی در آن به حیات خود ادامه می دهند، این سؤال که آیا تغییر و تحوّل روی می دهد سؤالی عجیب و نابجاست. سؤال اصلی این تحقیق آن است که مدیران و رهبران چگونه باید تغییرات گوناگون و فراوانی که هر لحظه سازمان های آنها را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد، بر اساس دیدگاه اسلام، مدیریت و رهبری نمایند. مقاله‌ی حاضر می کوشد با استفاده از روش تحقیق «توصیفی- تحلیلی» و با استفاده از آیات قرآن، مقدّمات تحوّل و اجزای مدیریت تحوّل را بررسی و ارزیابی نماید و در نهایت، به جمع  بندی و نتیجه گیری بپردازد.},
