abstract = {Today, spirituality and morality are among the issues to which organizations pay special attention. The “complexity of the variety of environments" in the modern age has led organizations to adopt different responses, attitudes, and approaches to this issue. Entering the organization, one realizes how the need for spirituality and developing spiritual intelligence among individuals is increasing due to the fact that modern world's organizations need professional confidentiality badly.
Spiritual intelligence should be studied in the light of the doctrines of the manifest religion of Islam in order to make the work environment of the system of Islamic Republic of Iran operate. Examining the concept of "spiritual intelligence", its position and its role in work environment, this paper makes use of library studies, descriptive method and logical analysis. In a review of the current models of spiritual intelligence, the necessity of formulating a model of spiritual intelligence based on Islamic doctrines is explained; then some of its components are defined according to religious teachings, and finally the mechanism proposed by Islam to promote and strengthen spiritual intelligence is dealt with.

abstract_fa ={از جمله موضوعاتی که امروزه به طور گسترده، در سازمان ها به آن توجه می شود، معنویت و اخلاق است. پدیده‌ی «پیچیدگی انواع محیط» در عصر کنونی، سازمان ها را بر آن داشته است تا پاسخ ها، نگرش ها و رویکردهای گوناگونی به آن داشته باشند. با ورود به سازمان، با توجه به شدیدتر شدن نیاز به اعتماد برای فعالیت در سازمان های جهان امروزی نیاز به معنویت و توسعه‌ی هوش معنوی در بین افراد افزایش می یابد.
	برای آنکه بتوانیم هوش معنوی را در محیط کار نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران عملیاتی کنیم، باید هوش معنوی را با توجه به آموزه های دین مبین اسلام بررسی کنیم. ازاین رو، این مقاله با تکیه بر مطالعات کتاب خانه ای و با روش توصیفی و تحلیل منطقی، مفهوم «هوش معنوی»، جایگاه و نقش آن را در محیط کسب و کار تبیین می نماید. سپس با بررسی الگوهای رایج هوش معنوی، ابتدا ضرورت تدوین الگوی هوش معنوی را بر اساس آموزه های اسلامی شرح می دهد و آنگاه به برخی از مؤلّفه های این هوش بر اساس تعالیم دینی اشاره می کند و در نهایت، به راه کارهای تقویت و رشد هوش معنوی از نظر اسلام می پردازد.},
