The qualitative method of thematic analysis was used in this research, which included data collection and analysis of qualitative data. The text used in this research was Nahj al-Balagha by examining which relevant narrations were extracted and analyzed by referring to the book Description of Nahj al-Balagha (the Imam's Message). In this research, messages were coded from sixteen sermons, thirty letters and thirty short sayings. In the next steps, these messages were classified into 56 concepts, ten sub-themes and three main themes. Finally, the most important factors affecting employees' sense of self-efficacy were identified in three main categories: personal factors (self-knowledge and self-awareness, trust in God, rationalism and pragmatism, having strategic thinking, moderation in doing works, fortitude and patience); managerial factors (service-oriented leadership, justice-oriented leadership); and social factors (learning from the experiences of others, support from colleagues). هدف از این پژوهش ، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر احساس خودکارآمدی کارکنان بر مبنای کتاب ارزشمند نهج البلاغه بود. در این پژوهش از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است که شامل گردآوری و تحلیل داده های کیفی است . مضمون استفاده شده در این پژوهش ، متن نهج البلاغه بود که با تفحص در آن، روایات مربوطه استخراج و سپس با مراجعه به کتاب شرح نهج البلاغه (پیام امام) به تجزیه و تحلیل آنها پرداخته شد. در این پژوهش پیام ها از شانزده خطبه ، سی نامه و سی حکمت کدگذاری شد. این پیام ها در مراحل بعد در ٥٦ مفهوم، ده مضمون فرعی و سه مضمون اصلی دسته بندی شدند. درنهایت، مهم ترین عوامل مؤثر بر احساس خودکارآمدی کارکنان در سه دسته‌ی اصلی شناسایی شدند: عوامل فردی (خودشناسی و خودآگاهی ، توکل به خداوند، عقل گرایی و عمل گرایی ، برخورداری از تفکر راهبردی، اعتدال در انجام دادن کار، سعه‌ی صدر و شکیبایی )؛ عوامل مدیریتی (رهبری خدمتگزار، رهبری عدالت محور)؛ و عوامل اجتماعی (دانش اندوزی از تجربیات دیگران، حمایت و پشتیبانی همکاران). https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/4_25.pdf
