abstract = {The declaration of the second step of the Islamic revolution is a renewed notification addressed to the people of Iran especially the youth. It will be a charter for the second stage of self-making, socialization and civilization building and will open a new chapter in the life of the Islamic Republic. Using the analytical method, this research explaines the second step of the revolution in line with counting on the youth in the modern Islamic civilization. The research findings showed that, in every society and country, trust in the youth leads to progress and development, while this issue has been ignored today. According to the statements of the leader, Ayatullah Khamenei, regarding the second step of the revolution, youth and elites should be employed for the management and executive positions of the country. The result of the research showed that, according to the above-mentioned points, based on the statement of the second step of the revolution, we should benefit from the youth’s capacities for the fundamental changes of the country, and by trusting the young generation and giving them opportunities, we should take steps towards the development of the country and the welfare of the nation.},

abstract_fa ={بیانیه‌ی گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی تجدید مطلعی است خطاب به ملت ایران و به ویژه جوانان، که به مثابه‌ی منشوری برای دومین مرحله‌ی خودسازی، جامعه پردازی و تمدن سازی خواهد بود و فصل جدید زندگی جمهوری اسلامی را رقم خواهد زد. از حیث روش تحقیق، نوشتار پیش رو به شیوه‌ی تحلیلی به تبیین گام دوم انقلاب در راستای جوان گرایی در تمدن نوین اسلامی می پردازد. یافته های این تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که در هر جامعه و کشوری اعتماد به جوانان، پیشرفت و توسعه‌ی سرزمینی را در پی دارد؛ درحالی که این مهم امروزه به فراموشی سپرده شده است. طبق بیانات رهبری در گام دوم انقلاب، از وجود جوانان و نخبگان کشوری باید برای برنامه های مدیریتی و اجرایی کشور استفاده کرد. نتیجه‌ی تحقیق آنکه بنا بر موارد ذکرشده براساس بیانیه‌ی گام دوم انقلاب باید همچون اوایل انقلاب از نیروی جوان برای تغییر و تحول اساسی مسائل کشوری استفاده کرد و با اعتماد به نسل جوان و فرصت دادن به آنها، در راه آبادانی کشور و رفاه مردم گام برداریم.},
