abstract = {The knowledge of management has played an important role in civilization building. This knowledge is considerably influenced by cultural factors. Countries that have been able to design and develop management knowledge based on their own cultures have achieved progress. With their well-founded and solid cultural background, Islamic countries need to design Islamic management and this has been a major missing link addressed by Islamic thinkers with the advent of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. As from the Iran’s Islamic revolution, the application of the Islamic doctrine in the administration of revolutionary institutions and management in the Imposed War, Islamic researchers in Iran and Islamic and non-Islamic countries began to redefine management with an Islamic approach. Reviewing the works produced in the field of Islamic management, we see that many works have been produced in this area. This research, using analytical-descriptive method, shows that all the works produced in the field of Islamic management have been carried out after the Islamic revolution of Iran under the influence of the changes of the Islamic revolution and are being completed thanks to Iran’s revolution. Fortunately, the works produced in the Islamic Republic of Iran have many advantages compared to the works of Islamic management in other countries.},

abstract_fa ={دانش مدیریت نقش مهمی در تمدن سازی ایفا کرده است. این دانش به شدت تحت تأثیر مؤلفه های فرهنگی است. کشورهایی که توانسته اند دانش مدیریت را به تناسب فرهنگ خود طراحی کنند و رشد دهند، بهتر توانسته اند به پیشرفت دست یابند. کشورهای اسلامی با داشتن پیشینه‌ی فرهنگی مستدل و قوی نیازمند طراحی مدیریت اسلامی اند. این مهم حلقه‌ی مفقوده ای بود که با ظهور انقلاب اسلامی ایران مورد توجه اندیشمندان اسلامی قرار گرفت. بعد از انقلاب اسلامی ایران و به کارگیری ایده‌ی اسلامی در اداره‌ی نهادهای انقلابی و اداره‌ی جنگ تحمیلی، بازتعریف مدیریت با رویکرد اسلامی نزد محققان اسلامی در ایران و کشورهای اسلامی و غیراسلامی آغاز شد. با مرور آثار تولیدشده در حوزه‌ی مدیریت اسلامی، مشاهده می شود که آثار فراوانی در این زمینه تولید شده است. این تحقیق که با روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی انجام شده، بیانگر این نکته‌ی مهم است که همه‌ی آثار تولیدشده در زمینه‌ی مدیریت اسلامی، بعد از انقلاب اسلامی ایران و تحت تأثیر تحولات انقلاب اسلامی انجام شده و به برکت این انقلاب در مراحل تکامل خود قرار گرفته اند. خوشبختانه آثار تولیدشده در جمهوری اسلامی ایران از امتیازات فراوانی نسبت به تولیدات مدیریت اسلامی در دیگر کشورها برخوردار است.},
