This article seeks to identify, extract, classify, explain and interpret the dimensions and methods used in this book on the topic of "Management and Command" by delving into a precious source, "Management and Command in Islam", written by Ayatullah Makarem Shirazi. This study is "applied" in terms of purpose and "qualitative" in terms of nature. It is conducted using the "analytical-descriptive" method and library resources. The results indicate the influence of people's worldview on their way of life, keeping the Qur'an safe from being caught in the trap of stillness and stagnation, the correct and methodical use of " adaptation" method, and presenting a new image of the Qur'an that fits the needs of the day through a "modern and up-to-date" interpretation. امروزه روش شناسی مباحث علوم و معارف قرآنى و روش‏هاى تفسیرى مفسران یک ضرورت غیر قابل انکار است. این نوشتار درصدد است تا با تعمق در یکی از منبع گرانسنگ «مدیریت و فرماندهى در اسلام»، نوشته آیت الله مکارم شیرازی ابعاد و روش های استفاده شده در این کتاب در موضوع «فرماندهی و مدیریت» را شناسایی، استخراج، طبقه بندی و شرح و تفسیر نماید. این مطالعه از نظر هدف «کاربردی»، و از نظر ماهیت «کیفی» است و رویکردش روش «تحلیلی ـ توصیفی» بوده که با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای به پژوهش پرداخته است. نتایج تحقیق حاضر حاکی از تأثیر جهان بینی انسان ها در روش زندگی، در امان ماندن قرآن از گرفتاری در دام رکود و درجازدگى، بهره‏گیرى درست و روشمند از روش «جرى و تطبیق»، نمایاندن چهره‏اى نو و متناسب با نیازهاى روز از قرآن با تفسیر «عصری و روزآمد» است. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_24.pdf
