abstract = {Considering the irreplaceable role of human capitals, one of the most effective concepts in the field of human resources (capitals) is the concept of human "dignity" and respect for employees. Due to the comprehensiveness and completeness of the religion of Islam and relying on the teachings and practices of the infallible imams, this issue has gained increasing importance. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to design and explain the model of dignity of human resources (capitals) with an Islamic approach. The study has been implemented qualitatively using the "thematic analysis" approach. Data has been collected from Islamic texts and data analysis has been done by "encoding" method using "Maxqda10" software and paradigm model. The results of the data obtained from the coding of related Islamic texts during the process of open, axial and selective coding led to the presentation of a qualitative model in the field of human dignity. The model presented in this research shows 7 basic categories (lawfulness, meritocracy, social responsibility, justice, employee participation, trust building, and service compensation) and 22 subcategories regarding human dignity.},

abstract_fa ={یکی از مفاهیم اثرگذار در حوزه منابع (سرمایه های) انسانی با توجه به نقش بی بدیل سرمایه های انسانی، مفهوم «کرامت» انسانی و احترام به کارکنان است. این موضوع با توجه به جامع و کامل بودن دین مبین اسلام و با اتکا به آموزه ها و سیره عملی معصومان اهمیتی روزافزون پیدا نموده است. ازاین رو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی و تبیین الگوی کرامت منابع (سرمایه های) انسانی با رویکرد اسلامی بوده که با استفاده از رویکرد مبتنی بر «تحلیل مضمون» به صورت کیفی اجرا شده است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از متون اسلامی استفاده و تجزیه  و تحلیل اطلاعات به روش «رمزگذاری» و با استفاده از نرم افزار «Maxqda10» و الگوی پارادایمی انجام گرفته است. نتایج داده های به دست آمده از رمزگذاری متون اسلامی مرتبط طی فرایند رمزگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، به ارائه یک الگوی کیفی در حوزه کرامت انسانی منجر شد. الگوی ارائه  شده در این پژوهش 7 مقوله اساسی (قانونمندی، شایسته سالاری، مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی، عدالت ورزی، مشارکت کارکنان، اعتمادسازی، و جبران خدمت) و 22 مقوله فرعی در خصوص کرامت انسانی را نشان می دهد.},
