abstract = {Allameh Misbah Yazdi is one of the most influential theorists of the last century in the field of Islamic humanities. Just as his theoretical views caused lasting scientific developments, the study of his practical conduct can also be a guide and a model for transformation in organizations. He has nearly 40 years of management experience in seminary organizations and institutions. Applying the theoretical ideas of an Islamic management thinker in practice can be considered a successful model for Islamic management aspirants. This research has been done based on field observations and memories of accompanying Allameh Misbah Yazdi over three decades. His management areas can be classified and studied in four behavioral, cultural, structural, and control skills. Each of these areas has several components. A total of 16 identified examples can be modeled by managers of Islamic society.},

abstract_fa ={علامه مصباح یزدی یکی از تأثیرگذارترین نظریه پردازان قرن گذشته در حوزه‌ی علوم انسانی اسلامی است. همان گونه که دیدگاه های نظری ایشان تحولات دانشی ماندگاری به وجود آورد، مطالعه رفتارهای عملی ایشان نیز می تواند راهنما و الگویی برای تحول در سازمان ها باشد. ایشان قریب چهل سال تجربه مدیریتی سازمان ها و نهادهای حوزه ای را در کارنامه خود دارد. تجربه به کارگیری ایده های نظری یک اندیشمند مدیریت اسلامی در میدان عمل، می تواند الگوی موفقی برای مشتاقان مدیریت اسلامی به شمار آید. این تحقیق براساس مشاهدات میدانی و مرور خاطرات همراهی با علامه مصباح یزدی طی سه دهه به انجام رسیده است. ساحت های مدیریتی ایشان را می توان در چهار مهارت رفتاری، فرهنگی، ساختاری، و کنترلی دسته بندی و مطالعه کرد. هریک از این ساحت ها دارای مؤلفه های متعددی است که در مجموع 16 نمونه شناسایی شده که قابل الگوبرداری برای مدیران جامعه اسلامی است.},
