Bardy's comparative study method has been used to analyze and compare their ideas. The main sources used are the four books that contain the main views of these two thinkers on this topic. The findings show that these thinkers emphasize on the intellectual foundations and their role in management knowledge. They also explain the diversity of content and the difference between descriptive and prescriptive propositions of management. Allameh Misbah deems it necessary to produce prescriptive statements but Shahid Sadr emphasizes on producing descriptive statements about subjects. By combining these two ideas, a coherent and new conceptual model can be extracted and used for solving management problems. A combination of these two points of view makes it possible to simultaneously use goodness of action and goodness of intention for solving management problems هدف این مقاله مقایسه اندیشه های مدیریتی علامه مصباح یزدی و شهید صدر، دو شخصیت شاخص اصیل اسلامی است. این پژوهش از روش «مطالعه تطبیقی بِردی» برای تحلیل و مقایسه این دو اندیشه استفاده کرده است. منابع استفاده شده عمدتاً چهار کتابی است که عمده دیدگاه های این دو اندیشمند را درباره موضوع بحث، دربر دارد. یافته ها نشان می دهد صاحبان این اندیشه ها ـ هر دو ـ بر مبانی فکری و نقش آن در دانش مدیریت تأکید دارند. همچنین بر تنوع ماهوی و تفکیک گزاره های توصیفی و تجویزی مدیریت نیز تصریح می کنند. اما علامه مصباح تولید گزاره های تجویزی را لازم می داند و شهید صدر بر تولید گزاره های توصیفی و ناظر به موضوعات تأکید می ورزد. با تلفیق این دو اندیشه، می توان الگوی مفهومی منسجم و جدیدی استخراج و از آن برای حل مسائل مدیریتی استفاده کرد. با تلفیق این دو دیدگاه، می توان همزمان از حسن فعلی و فاعلی برای حل مسائل مدیریتی استفاده نمود. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_23.pdf
