abstract = {Today, organizations are inseparable parts of human life. The development of organizations in various fields of education, culture, economy, politics and security requires paying more attention to administrative health and avoiding administrative corruption. The managers running organizations need more attention to their health. By studying the valuable works of Allameh Misbah Yazdi, the factors for recognizing and training competent managers can be presented. Conducted through the method of "text reading" and analysis of Allameh Misbah Yazdi’s written works, this paper has presented the criteria for good managers from the perspective of Allameh Misbah Yazdi. In this study, two basic factors of "managers' knowledge and skills" and "managers' monitoring" are the foundation for identifying the characteristics of competent managers. In studying the factor of "managers' knowledge and skill", attention has been paid to internal factors (family, spirituality, piety, ethics, and commitment) and external factors (local research, employee training, organizational culture, and managers' training). Then, the factor of monitoring competent managers has been investigated, which focuses on informing, encouraging, and reprimanding.},

abstract_fa ={زندگی سازمانی امروزه بخش جدایی ناپذیر حیات انسانی است. توسعه سازمان ها در عرصه های گوناگون آموزش، فرهنگ، اقتصاد، سیاست و امنیت نیازمند توجه بیشتر به سلامت اداری و پرهیز از فساد اداری است. مدیران چون سکانداران سازمان ها هستند، بیش از دیگران نیاز دارند که به سلامت شان توجه شود. با مطالعه آثار ارزشمند علامه مصباح یزدی، می توان عوامل شناخت و پرورش مدیران صالح را ارائه کرد. این پژوهش که با روش «متن خوانی» و تحلیل آثار مکتوب معظم له انجام شده، معیار مدیران صالح از منظر معظم له را ارائه کرده است. در این بررسی، دو عامل اساسی «علم و مهارت مدیران» و «پایش مدیران» مبنای شناسایی خصوصیات مدیران صالح قرار گرفته است. در مطالعه عامل «علم و مهارت مدیران» به عوامل درونی (اصالت خانوادگی، معنویت، تقوا، اخلاق، و تعهد) و عوامل بیرونی (تحقیقات محلی، آموزش کارکنان، فرهنگ سازمانی، پرورش مدیران) توجه شده است. سپس عامل پایش مدیران صالح بررسی گردیده که به آگاهی دادن، تشویق کردن، و مواخذه نمودن پرداخته شده است.},
