abstract = {This study evaluates the moral leadership status of education directors. The method was applied in terms of objectives and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population consisted of 100 directors of education in Qom province who were working in the 98-97 school year. To collect the data, Emadifar (2009) Ethical Leadership Questionnaire with a reliability of 0.98 based on Cronbach's alpha was used. To compare the means of two independent groups, one-group T and analysis of variance in SPSS software, data analysis based on descriptive methods and inferential T tests showed that the moral leadership of education administrators is in favorable condition. In other components such as honesty, discipline, trust, efforts to promote employees, ideological tolerance, they are also in a higher position than expected. Gender, background and level of education also had no effect on the results},

abstract_fa ={هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی وضعیت رهبری اخلاقی مدیران آموزش و پرورش بود. روش از نظر اهداف، کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه‌ی گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه‌ی  آماری100 نفر از مدیران آموزش و پرورش استان قم بودند که در سال تحصیلی98-97 مشغول به کار بودند. برای گردآوری داده ها، از پرسش نامه رهبری اخلاقی عمادی فر (1388)، با پایایی 0،98 بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها براساس روش های توصیفی و آزمون های استنباطی T، برای مقایسه میانگین دو گروه مستقل، T تک گروهی و تحلیل واریانس در قالب نرم افزار spss نشان داد که رهبری اخلاقی مدیران آموزش و پرورش مطلوب است و برخورداری آنان از مؤلفه های، صداقت و درستی، تنظیم فعالیت، اعتماد، تلاش در جهت ارتقای کارکنان، و اجازه ابراز عقاید مخالف رهبری اخلاقی، بیش ازحد انتظار است و بین وضعیت رهبری اخلاقی مدیران زن و مرد و سوابق و سطوح تحصیلی مختلف آموزش و پرورش تفاوت وجود ندارد.},
