abstract = {Today, the localization of humanities theories is an undeniable necessity. Utilizing religious resources in new areas is one of the appropriate approaches to achieve this goal. But the main problem is that in this issue, the desired methods have not been proposed by researchers. This article tries to introduce the theory of "data foundation" as one of the methods of qualitative research to explore the model of empowerment of human resources from religious texts (Quran and traditions). This method has a good capacity for modeling and theorizing this issue, because the implementation stages of the "data foundation" theory are fully compatible with the process of researching religious sources and texts. The results of the present study were the emergence of hundreds of concepts and several components. After consulting with experts, the concepts were classified into 24 components, and then all of them were presented in a more general classification called "quadruple variables". In order to explore the model from religious sources, the application of the "foundation data" theory eventually led to the presentation of an empowerment model based on religious teachings. },

abstract_fa ={امروزه بومی سازی نظریات علوم انسانی یک ضرورت غیرقابل انکار است. برای تحقق این منظور، یکی از رویکردهای مناسب، بهره گیری از منابع دینی در عرصه های جدید است. اما مسئله اساسی اینجاست که در بهره گیری از منابع دینی در عرصه های نوین، روش های مطلوبی از سوی محققان عرضه نشده است. هدف تحقیق حاضر معرفی و کاربست نظریه «داده بنیاد» به مثابه یکی از روش های تحقیق کیفی برای اکتشاف الگوی توانمندسازی منابع انسانی از متون دینی (قرآن  و روایات) است. این روش از ظرفیت خوبی برای الگوسازی و نظریه پردازی در بهره گیری از متون دینی برخوردار است؛ زیرا مراحل اجرایی نظریه «داده بنیاد» با فرایند تحقیق از منابع و متون دینی تناسب فراوانی دارد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر به وجود آمدن صدها مفهوم و چندین مؤلفه بود که پس از مشورت با کارشناسان و خبرگان، مفاهیم تبدیل به 24 مؤلفه و مؤلفه ها در یک تقسیم بندی کلی تر با عنوان «متغیر های چهارگانه» تنظیم شد. درنهایت، کاربست نظریه «داده بنیاد» به منظور اکتشاف الگو از منابع دینی، منجر به طراحی الگوی توانمندسازی مبتنی بر آموزه های دینی شده است.},
