abstract = {This paper studies "the role of general policies of Afghanistan executive branch" and its impact on the realization of "national unity". Based on the researcher-developed conceptual model, the main hypothesis of this research is "general policies of Afghanistan executive branch in achieving national unity". The sub-hypotheses of this research cover political, economic, cultural-social and administrative dimensions. The research method used in this applied study includes mixed method for data collection. It is a survey-based, cross-sectional and document-based research for which a questionnaire has been used as the instrument. 72 questionnaires were distributed through non-probability purposive sampling method in Afghanistan universities, and after collecting the data, the SPSS software was used. The research findings gained from descriptive and inferential data analysis indicate that the average impact of the general policies of Afghanistan’s executive branch in creating national unity is higher than P- Value. This means that the variable of the general policies of Afghanistan’s executive branch has the necessary impact on the process of achieving national unity. Based on the findings obtained from the descriptive and inferential analysis of the conceptual model in the statistical population, it can be concluded that the general policies of Afghanistan’s executive branch are effective in achieving national unity.},

abstract_fa ={در پژوهش حاضر «نقش خط‏مشی‏های عمومی قوة مجریة افغانستان» و تأثیر آن در تحقق «وحدت ملی» مورد تحقیق قرار گرفت. بر اساس الگوی مفهومی محقق ساخته، فرضیة اصلی این پژوهش «خط‏مشی‏های عمومی قوة مجریة افغانستان، در تحقق وحدت ملی» است. فرضیه‏های فرعی این پژوهش را ابعاد سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی – اجتماعی و اداری تشکیل می‏دهند. روش این پژوهش، از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر نوع داده‏ها آمیخته، از جهت روش پیمایشی، از حیث زمان مقطعی، و از جهت ابزار پرسش نامه ای و اسنادی است. 72 پرسش نامه به روش نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی هدفمند در دانشگاه‏های افغانستان توزیع  شد و پس از جمع آوری، داده های آن وارد نرم افزار SPSS گردید. یافته های به  دست  آمده از تحلیل توصیفی و استنباطی داده‏ها، بیانگر آن است که میانگین تأثیر خط‏مشی‏های عمومی قوة مجریة افغانستان، در ایجاد وحدت ملی، بالا تر از P - Value است. این بدان معناست که متغیر خط‏مشی‏های عمومی قوة مجریة افغانستان، از تأثیرگذاری لازم بر فرایند تحقق وحدت ملی برخوردار است با توجه به یافته های به  دست  آمده از آزمون الگوی مفهومی توصیفی و استنباطی پژوهش در جامعة آماری مورد نظر، می توان نتیجه گرفت که خط‏مشی‏های عمومی قوة مجریة افغانستان، در تحقق وحدت ملی تأثیر دارد.},
