The mosque is a religious, popular and non-governmental institution whose financial independence is one of the key elements in its independence. Accordingly, the factors affecting the financial self-reliance of mosques are the problem of this research. The statistical population includes all mosques in the holy city of Qom, of which 10 mosques were selected as a sample. In selecting the sample, each mosque represents a large number of similar mosques. Interviews were conducted with the trustees of these mosques. Combining the extracted concepts in the form of themes, eight comprehensive themes were obtained. These topics are, the role of endowments in the financial management of the mosques, renting mosques spaces to ceremonies, the role of benefactors in the financial management of the mosques, the role of imams of mosques in financing the mosques, the role of cultural programs and spaces in people’s attitudes towards the functions of the mosques, the role of mutual trust between benefactors and trustees of the mosques, the effect of knowledge and legal power of the mosques and the planning role of the trustees in financing the mosques. The findings show that the financing of mosques in Qom province is mainly done by charities and endowments. یکی از ریشه ها و علل اساسی استقلال مساجد و عدم وابستگی آنها به حکومت ها در تاریخ تشیع، خوداتکایی مالی و مردمی بودن آنها بوده است. مسجد نهادی دینی، مردمی و غیردولتی است که استقلال در نحوه‌ی تأمین مالی آن، یکی از عناصر نقش آفرین در استقلال عملکرد و پرهیز از دولتی شدن آن است. بر این اساس، چیستی عوامل مؤثر بر خوداتکایی مالی مساجد، مسئله این پژوهش را شکل می دهد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، و از نظر روش جمع آوری داده ها مطالعۀ موردی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ مساجد شهر مقدس قم است که تعداد ده مسجد از باب نمونه انتخاب شد. در انتخاب نمونه سعی شد هر مسجد تعداد زیادی از مساجد مشابه خود را نمایندگی کند. با اعضای هیئت امنای این مساجد، مصاحبه هایی صورت گرفت و با توجه به ماهیت اکتشافی تحقیق، بررسی داده های حاصل از مصاحبه ها با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. با ترکیب مفاهیم استخراجی در قالب مضامین، تعداد هشت مضمون فراگیر به دست آمد. این مضامین عبارت اند از: نقش موقوفات در ادارۀ مالی مسجد؛ نقش اجارۀ فضاهای مسجد برای برگزاری مراسمات در تأمین مالی مسجد، نقش خیّرین در ادارۀ مالی مسجد؛ نقش امام جماعت در تأمین مالی مسجد؛ نقش برنامه ها و فضاهای فرهنگی در نگرش مردم به کارکردهای مسجد؛ نقش اعتماد متقابل خیّرین و هیئت امنا در ارائۀ کمک به مسجد؛ تأثیر دانش و توان حقوقی مسجد در تأمین مالی آن؛ و نقش برنامه ریزی هیئت امنا بر تأمین مالی مسجد. همچنین یافته های جنبی نشان داد که تأمین مالی مساجد استان قم، عمدتاً با کمک های خیّرین و دریافتی های موقوفات صورت می گیرد. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1_21.pdf
