The reason for the importance of teamwork in current organizations is that individual activities and lack of teamwork do not lead to the accomplishment of the goals of organizations. The goals of organizations can be reached through effective working teams that can make the highest profit and offer the best service to the organization and society by employing qualified personnel and using other resources properly. Therefore, the present study seeks to answer and explain the fundamental question of the components affecting the effectiveness of teamwork from the Islamic perspective. To this end, using the descriptive- analytical method, the authors of the present paper have studied religious texts and described supreme goals, commitment, accountability, trust, cooperation and facilitation of social communications as the most important components influencing the effectiveness of teamwork from the perspective of Islam. محیط پیچیدة امروزی با خلق فناوری های نوین و ظهور سازمان های غول پیکر، ضرورت کار تیمی را افزایش داده است. اهمیت کار تیمی در سازمان های کنونی از این حیث است که فعالیت فردی و هرگونه کاری اهداف سازمان ها را محقق نمی سازد. تحقق اهداف سازمان ها درگرو تیم های اثربخش کاری است که بتوانند با در اختیار گرفتن نیروی انسانی شایسته و استفادة درست از دیگر منابع، بیشترین سود و بهترین خدمت را به سازمان و جامعه ارائه کنند؛ بنابراین، پژوهش پیش روی به دنبال پاسخ به این مسئلة اساسی است تا مؤلفه های تأثیرگذار بر اثربخشی کار تیمی را از منظر اسلام تبیین کند. بدین منظور، نگارندگان این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به واکاوی متون دینی پرداخته و ترسیم اهداف عالی، تعهد، مسئولیت پذیری، اعتماد، همکاری و تسهیل ارتباطات اجتماعی را به عنوان مهم ترین مؤلفه های تأثیرگذار بر اثربخشی کار تیمی از منظر اسلام تحلیل کرده اند. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/6_20.pdf
