abstract = {There are as many views about man as there are schools of thought in the world, and this makes the different human sciences as many as different views. The present paper expounds man’s various aspects in the view of western and Muslim thinkers, focusing on creation, aim of life, nature, truth, determinism and freedom, value orientation.
This paper aims at explaining the effectiveness of anthropology on social sciences, and on organization and management in particular. The research findings show that the organization or political system organized and managed according to the Qur’anic view of man is very distinct from organization or political system organized and managed according to the western thinkers' views about man. Given this, anthropology which is considered as one of the foundations of social sciences particularly management, is of great importance.

abstract_fa ={به شمار مکاتب موجود در جهان، درباره‌ی انسان نظریه وجود دارد. به هر اندازه که این نگاه ها به انسان متفاوت باشند، علوم انسانی مترتب بر آن نیز تفاوت خواهد یافت. در این نوشتار انسان از ابعاد مختلف همانند آفرینش، هدف از زندگی، طبیعت، حقیقت، جبر و اختیار و ارزش محوری، از دیدگاه اسلام و اندیشوران مغرب زمین بررسی شده است.
هدف این نوشتار بیان اثرگذاری انسان شناسی بر علوم اجتماعی و بخصوص سازمان و مدیریت است. نتیجه‌ی  این پژوهش آن است که سازمان یا نظام سیاسی که بر اساس دیدگاه قرآن کریم درباره‌ی انسان، سازماندهی و اداره می شود، بسیار متمایز از سازمان یا نظام سیاسی که بر اساس نگاه های اندیشوران مغرب زمین به انسان، سازماندهی و اداره می شود. با توجه به این امر می توان گفت  انسان شناسی  از مبانی علوم اجتماعی به ویژه مدیریت شمرده می شود و بسیار مهم است.},
