abstract = {One of the concerns of all governments is to determine the components of good governance that includes all aspects and areas related to social life. Considering the comprehensiveness and completeness of the religion of Islam and depending on doctrines and practical tradition of Infallibles, this issue becomes necessary more than ever. Therefore, the main purpose of this study, which has been implemented qualitatively based on the grounded theory, is to design a good governance model based on the letter of Ali ibn Abi Talib to Malik al-Ashtar. For data collection, the text of the letter (letter 53) was used and date analysis was done through Strauss and Corbin method and paradigmatic model. The results of the data obtained from the coding of the text of the letter in question during an open,axial and selective coding process, led to the development of grounded theory in the field of good governance. abstract_fa ={یکی از دغدغه های ذهنی تمامی حکومت ها، تعیین مؤلفه های حکمرانی خوب است؛ به گونه ای که دربرگیرنده‌ی تمامی ابعاد و حوزه های مرتبط با زندگی اجتماعی آنان باشد. این موضوع با توجه به جامعیت و کاملیت دین مبین اسلام و با اتکا به آموزه ها و سیره‌ی عملی معصومین علیها السلام بیش ازپیش ضرورت می یابد. بنابراین، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی حکمرانی خوب بر اساس عهدنامه‌ی مالک اشتر است که با استفاده از رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد به  صورت کیفی اجرا شده است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از متن عهدنامه (نامه، 53) امام علی علیه السلام به مالک اشتر نخعی استفاده شد و تجزیه  و تحلیل اطلاعات به روش استراوس و کوربین و الگوی پارادایمی انجام گرفت. نتایج داده های به  دست  آمده از کدگذاری متن عهدنامه‌ی یاد شده طی فرایند کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، به ایجاد نظریه‌ی داده بنیاد در حوزه‌ی حکمرانی خوب منجر شد. الگوی طراحی  شده در این پژوهش، شامل ابعاد و مؤلفه های مؤثر، موانع و راهبردها، شرایط علی، زمینه ای، واسطه ای و عناصر تشکیل دهنده است که پدیده‌ی محوری، پیامدها و راهبردها را نشان می دهد.},
