abstract = {Due to the increasing need for paying attention to religious principles in producing the humanities and also the importance of discovering talents for today's knowledge-based economy, i.e. people with special characteristics who have a prominent role in the accomplishment of the goals of an organization, attention to and explanation of religion's view of the various dimensions of man has increased. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of a talented agent from Imam Ali's point of view and to answer the question about the characteristics of a talented agent from Imam Ali's point of view. The researchers have focused on Malik Ashtar's characteristics from Imam Ali's viewpoint. Malik Ashtar was a talented and outstanding agent and was one of the most prominent figures in Imam Ali's government. Using qualitative content analysis method, the paper has identified three main aspects including individual characteristics , organizational characteristics and social characteristics and eleven indicators of decisiveness, courage, wilayat-orientedness, insight, piety, persistence in the path of truth, the benevolence of government and organization, excellent performance, reliability, reform, and benevolence towards people as the characteristics of a talented agent.},

abstract_fa ={استعدادها افرادی اند با ویژگی های خاص که در دستیابی یک سازمان به اهداف خود نقش برجسته ای دارند. با توجه به اهمیت یافتن استعداد ها در اقتصاد دانش بنیان امروز و نیز افزایش ضرورت توجه به مبانی دینی در تولید علوم انسانی، توجه و تبیین نگاه دین به انسان در ابعاد مختلف آن افزایش یافته است. از این رو، هدف از نگارش این مقاله شناسایی ویژگی                                             های کارگزاران بااستعداد، از دیدگاه حضرت علی علیه السلام و پاسخ به این سؤال است که یک کارگزار بااستعداد از دیدگاه حضرت علی علیه السلام چه ویژگی هایی دارد؟. در این راستا، با توجه به اینکه مالک اشتر یکی از برجسته ترین افراد نظام حکومتی حضرت امیر علیه السلام بوده است، پژوهشگران تمرکز خود را بر ویژگی های وی از دیدگاه امام علیه السلام به عنوان یک کارگزار بااستعداد و برجسته قرار داده اند و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی به سه بعد اصلی، شامل ویژگی های فردی،  سازمانی و  اجتماعی و یازده شاخص ذیل به عنوان ویژگی های یک کارگزار با استعداد دست یافته اند؛ قاطعیت، شجاعت، ولایت مداری، بصیرت، تقوای الهی، استقامت در راه حق، خیرخواهی برای حکومت و سازمان، عملکرد عالی، قابل اعتماد بودن، اصلاح گری و خیرخواهی برای مردم.},
