abstract = {"Effectiveness" as the most important indicator of organizational performance has always been important, how understanding and benchmarking has been the focus of management researchers. In the present study, it has been attempted to investigate the concept of 'effectiveness', its criteria and strategies in Islamic texts by 'descriptive-analytical' method. By examining the existing literature and analyzing the verses and narrations, it can be said that effectiveness from the Islamic point of view has certain evaluation criteria and meaning that are fundamentally different from the management literature. "Effectiveness" from the Islamic point of view is: good practice, and good practice that meets the following criteria: sincere faith, sincere intentions, and a practical commitment to doing the right thing. The following strategies can be considered from the Islamic point of view to provide the right kind of work: having a good strategy, experience, consultation, value, complete work, being percise. },

abstract_fa ={«اثربخشی» به عنوان مهم ترین  شاخص عملکرد سازمانی، همواره از اهمیت برخوردار بوده، چگونکی فهم و تعیین معیارهای آن محل توجه پژوهشگران مدیریت بوده است. در پژوهش حاضر، تلاش شده است تا مفهوم «اثربخشی»، معیارها و راهبردهای آن در متون اسلامی با روش «توصیفی- تحلیلی» بررسی شود. 
با بررسی ادبیات رایج و تحلیل آیات و روایات، می توان گفت: اثربخشی از دیدگاه اسلام، دارای معنا و معیارهای ارزیابی خاصی است که با ادبیات مدیریت تفاوت اساسی دارد. «اثربخشی» از دیدگاه اسلام، عبارت است از: حسن انجام عمل، و عمل شایسته ای که برخوردار از معیارهای ذیل باشد: ایمان خالصانه، نیت صادقانه، و الزام عملی به انجام کار درست و شایسته.  برای تأمین و تحقّق کار درست و شایسته، راهبردهای ذیل را می¬توان از منظر اسلام در نظر گرفت: حُسن تدبیر،  بهره گیری از تجربه، مشورت و نظرخواهی، ارزش¬گرایی در کار، اتقان در انجام کار، و انجام دادن کامل کار.},
