In the meantime, Bernard Bass's transformational leadership theory has attracted the attention of many scholars. Since the Western management style has led to increased productivity and neglected human development, it is necessary to look at these theories with an Islamic perspective. Bernard Bass's theory has four dimensions, and in this article, the dimension of intellectual persuasion is examined. Features mentioned for this dimension include: encouraging innovation and new ways of doing things, consulting when looking for problem-solving solutions, forcing others to look at issues from different angles, and encouraging re-examination of key assumptions. This research seeks to assess the intellectual dimension of transformational leadership theory with Islamic attitudes. The research method is descriptive-analytical and library method has been used for data collection اندیشمندان در راستای تحقق اهداف به طور اثربخش و کارآمد با توجه به فرهنگ خاص خود، مجموعه هایی از اصول رهبری و مدیریت را مطرح می کنند. در این میان، نظریة رهبری تحول آفرین برنارد بس مورد توجه بسیاری از اندیشمندان قرارگرفته است. از آنجایی که نوع نگاه مدیریت غربی منجر به افزایش بهره وری بوده و از تکامل نیروی انسانی غفلت شده است، ضرورت دارد که به این نظریات با نگاه اسلامی نگریسته شود. نظریة برنارد بس دارای چهار بعد است که در این مقاله به بعد ترغیب فکری پرداخته می شود. شاخصه هایی که برای این بعد ذکرشده، عبارت اند از: تشویق نوآوری و شیوه های جدید چگونگی انجام کار، مشورت به هنگام جست و جوی راه های حل مسئله، وادار کردن دیگران به نگریستن به مسائل از زوایای مختلف و تشویق به بررسی مجدد مفروضات اساسی. این تحقیق به دنبال ارزیابی دربارة بعد ترغیب فکری نظریة رهبری تحول آفرین بس با نگرش اسلامی است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی است و در گردآوری اطلاعات، از روش کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. https://modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/sites/modiriyati.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_18.pdf
