abstract = {Several theories have been proposed on the path to career dovelefm, which the social cognitive career development theory is one of them. This theory is based on the Western principles. Accordingly, while identifying the foundations and roots of this theory, this research attempts to integrate the Islamic viewpoint and worldview in this theory to provide the conditions for the emergence of its Islamic theory. Using a descriptive method and providing a developmental research, this paper collected the data research from the Holy Quran, books, articles, theses and internet. The research findings show that, the social cognitive career development theory, which has emerged from the Western world, is founded on individualism and materialism, and has a rare Divine, revelatory and religious motives. Therefore, in order to benefit effectively from this theory in Islamic countries, especially Iran, it should be native and Islamic, and then applied.},

abstract_fa ={نظریه های متعددی در خصوص مسیر پیشرفت شغلی مطرح شده که نظریه‌ی «شناخت اجتماعی مسیر پیشرفت شغلی» یکی از آنهاست. این نظریه بر مبنای اصول و مبانی فکری غربی شکل گرفته است. بر این اساس، در این پژوهش سعی شده است تا ضمن شناسایی مبانی و ریشه های نظریه‌ی مذکور، دیدگاه و جهان بینی اسلامی را در آن نظریه‌ی ادغام  گردد و مقدمه ای برای ظهور نظریه‌ی اسلامی در این زمینه فراهم شود. از این رو، تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعه ای، و در زمره‌ی پژوهش های توصیفی قرار دارد. داده های این تحقیق از قرآن کریم، کتاب ها، مقالات، پایان نامه ها و جست وجو در وبگاه های دینی و پایگاه های اطلاعاتی گردآوری شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که نظریه‌ی  «شناخت اجتماعی مسیر پیشرفت شغلی»، که توسط جهان غرب ظهور یافته است، بیشتر بر مبانی فکری فردگرا، اهداف فردی و پیامدهای مادی تأکید دارد و بر انگیزه های الهی، وحیانی و دینی تأکید کمی دارد. بدین روی، برای کاربرد مؤثر این نظریه در کشورهای اسلامی، به ویژه ایران، باید ابتدا آن را بومی و اسلامی کرد و سپس به کار برد.},
